4 Strange SIDE-EFFECTS of Weight Loss and Their SOLUTIONS

As many people plan to lose, little do they know that it will have some side effects. Therefore i am writing this post to inform anybody who is about to embark on this journey or anyone who is already on the journey, but I am not writing to discourage you but to enlighten you on the necessary things to do if you are eventually confronted by any of these side effects.

1. Loose Skin

Sadly for you, melting fats doesn’t automatically come with tight abs. If you lose a lot of weight, you may wind up with sagging folds of skin.
Skin stretches over time to accommodate extra body mass, but, when the fat is gone, your skin may not be elastic to shrink back. The amount of loose skin you wind up with depends on how old you are, how quickly you dropped weight, and how often you’ve lost and gained weight in the past.
solution:
In cases of extreme weight loss, plastic surgery may be the only way to get rid of your extra skin. But if you have just a little sagging, build muscle to make your skin look more tight

2. Release of Toxins

According to research published in the International Journal of Obesity, environmental pollutants trapped in fat cells are released back into the bloodstream when you lose weight. The data collected from 1,099 adults looked at blood concentrations of six pollutants as people lost weight. Compared to those who reported gaining weight over a 10-year period, those who had lost significant pounds had 50-percent higher levels of pollutantsin their blood. Scientists say the release of these chemicals as body fat is lost may account for feeling ill as you shrink your shape.
solution
Eat a healthy diet with a controlled amount of fats

3. Stomach upset

Some people who lose weight fast develop gallstones—hard lumps that form in your gallbladder. If you cut down on fat in your diet, your gallbladder doesn’t contract as frequently, allowing bile to become concentrated in the organ, which leads to the formation of stones.
solution
:Include healthy fat in your daily diet to keep your gallbladder functioning properly, Dr. Wyatt says. Fat is often viewed as a dietary demon, but studies show that the nutrient doesn’t inflate your belly—too many calories do. Fat may also make your meals more enjoyable, as long you keep portions in check. See your doctor if you’re experiencing gallstone symptoms like intense stomach pain, nausea, and fever.

4. Powerful Hunger Hormones

Studies show that as people lose weight, levels of a hunger hormone called ghrelin rise. It may be a build-in survival mechanism since our bodies don't know the difference between voluntary food restriction and famine, but one thing's for sure —raging hunger hormones make it much harder to stay on track.
solution
The most effective solution in treating hunger is eating on a regular schedule i.e Eat breakfast within an hour of waking up, with meals and snacks no sooner than three and no more than five hours apart. Eating on a regular schedule helps train your body to expect food at these times to better regulate your appetite.
